Each contribution carries Paystack's 1.95% plus a platform fee of 2% down to 1.25% depending on your plan, capped at GH₵10 a payment — and none on voluntary contributions. Your group decides who pays it: members, added on top, or the group itself.

Each payment carries Paystack's processing fee (1.95%) plus a platform fee that depends on your group's plan — 2% on Free, down to 1.25% on Ultimate, never more than GH₵10 on a single payment. Voluntary contributions carry no platform fee. By default the charge is added on top and shown as its own line, so the group receives exactly the amount it set — or the group can choose to cover the charges itself, so members pay exactly the amount.
